Architect-designed, these contemporary studio apartments have large airy balconies or courtyards, ideal for relaxing.
Every interior is stylishly and individually decorated to reflect the beachside ambience of the location.

Each apartment has a sunny northerly aspect and is completely self-contained. Kitchens and laundries are fully equiped, and there are comfortable living and dining areas. The bathroom and laundry are ensuite, and each apartment is ideal for two but can sleep up to three. Some apartments are suitable for small families.
Parking is secure and undercover, and our friendly, resident caretaker can offer information and advice.

  1. If arriving from the north via the Pacific Highway, the turn-off to Byron Bay is sign-posted 2 kilometres before the exit and then again at the exit (which is just before the overpass bridge). The exit is now a major interchange.
     
     If arriving from the south, enter Byron Bay from the Pacific Highway at the Byron Bay exit and roundabout (approximately 10 kms north of Bangalow) at the bottom of the McLeod’s Shoot steep hill. (Panoramic Lookout at the top of this hill.)
     
     Once you’ve driven past the Hospital, the Police Station and (follow the road left around the NRMA Service Station) over the railway tracks, proceed straight through both roundabouts into Lighthouse Road. Julian’s Apartments are located 1.2 kms from the bustle of the Byron town centre.

  Child Policy

  1. Children are welcome. Babies up to 18 months are can stay free of charge. Children and infants as additional people are $15 per night or $75 per week.

  1. There is a numbered place for your vehicle in the secure parking located beneath the building.
